| Description | Hello, since alfredo has done a great job, so that Speedfan shows nvidia gpu temp now, I was wondering if it would be possible to control the fan on nvidia cards as well? This is the only fan I cannot control with Speedfan. I would be glad to do some beta testing ;) | ||||

If anybody has any information about how to access temperatures and/or fan speeds, I will be glad to add support for them in a few hours. |

Hello alfredo, maybe you can figure out how RivaTuner gets access to these values. In the hardware monitoring section it seems that the plugin ADT7473.dll provides temperature and fan speed readings. @edit The ADT7473 seems to be the fan controller used on Nvidia cards. Fan controller chips differ between Sub vendors and board models, the Geforce FX 5800 had a controllable chip which is different to the 5900's, what would be interesting would be to see the current nvidia fan rpms.. though i don't know if thats possible on that kind of fan pwm... |

Alfredo - Any luck on this one? Or even just a view of what load the graphics card fan is under would be fantastic... |
