Summary0000604: installation problems
Descriptioni downloaded the file 'installspeedfan428' and when i run it, i get an error saying 'extract: error writing to file speedfan.exe'.

obviously the installation is failing completely.

note: there is sufficient disk space for the installation.

i m including the installation file which i downloaded.

The file that you uploaded (I deleted it because it is no longer needed) is too short. The correct size for that installspeedfan428.exe is 1455872 bytes. You are simply experiencing a broken download or a fake installer.

A quick look at the file with an HEX viewer seems to indicate a broken download. Online you can find SpeedFan 4.29.
