Summary0000588: events help
DescriptionI'm trying to configure SpeedFan to shut the system down if temp exceeds 72 C. I downloaded a program that has command line options but I can't get SpeedFan to accept it the way it needs to be.

I need: "C:\Program Files\Slawdog\Smart Shutdown\Smart Shutdown.exe" shutdown

But I can't get the " in the right places. It wants to give me:

"C:\Program Files\Slawdog\Smart Shutdown\Smart Shutdown.exe shutdown" or

"C:\Program Files\Slawdog\Smart Shutdown\Smart Shutdown.exe" shutdown"

Actually, will that even work or does it have to be c:\progr~ etc? The path above comes from the "Shutdown" shortcut it created.

I'm willing to use a different shutdown utility, do you know of one that works well with SpeedFan? SHDN (the one MBM recommends) is wildly overpriced in my opinion since most others are free. Thanks for any advice.
