Description | with the realase of this version of speed fan, speedfan no longer reports fan rpm's. i am not 100% sure of my motherboard make/model. the pc is an hp pavilion 533w and they say the motherboard is a "Trigem GL VE 2002052" fan sensore "LPC47M192 at $600 on ISA" i saw a similare issue on here and tryd to raise the fan divisore from 1. i got to 10 and chickend out thinking it would cause damage. | ||||

Make sure you changed FAN DIVISOR and not FAN DIV. Try with 8. |
ok, i suddenly feel quight ignorant, where exactly is the divisor? when i click configure > advanced > and select LPC47M192 at $600 on ISA. i see the following. PWMOUT1 clock -- Always HIGH ($F) PWMOUT2 clock -- Always HIGH ($F) FAN1 mult ---- 1 FAN1 div ---- 1 FAN2 mult ---- 1 FAN2 div ---- 1 Reverse PWM01 logic --- OFF Reverse PWM02 logic --- OFF so i feel really dumb asking, wheres the divisor option? |
I see :-) Sorry: usually the BIOS sets that value to the most appropriate one. I added support to change that value for 95% of sensor chips. I need to add it for yours. |
