Additional InformationBefore Speedfan was setup for Advanced Fan Control and was working flawlessly on my PC. Sure I start Speedfan as Administrator.

I am having the same exact problem as you. Before that Speedfan didn't start at all. An easy fix with the compromise of no GPU fan controll was to add /NOPCISCAN. But at the current state nothing is working.
