| Description | I have the Asus Maximus IX Code and it is not supported by SpeedFan. It has the Nuvoton NCT6793D chip. It can read the temperatures and fan speeds but it cannot change the fan speeds to Manual mode. Thank you! | ||||

I discovered that the Asus AI Suite software running in the background was conflicting with SpeedFan. After disabling AI Suite (and Fan Xpert) SpeedFan was able to control my fans via the motherboard. The Asus Maximus IX Code motherboard is supported. Bug report may be closed. |
