Summary | 0000252: Setting clock lead to reboot
Description | When I try to set any CPU clock on my nVidia nForce2 motherboard (AK79D-400VN with Duron 1600 CPU), the computer reboots instantly (like the RESET button is pressed). I mean that the correct clock generator is specified (you can see the screenshot uploaded to check this).

NForce2 clock control works pretty fine. Anyway: there might always be some setting that any particular configuration doesn't like. Which is the FSB you selected in BIOS and which is the one causing the crash? |
|
I assume you managed to find the proper settings to avoid this crash. |
