Looking at the report (SEND REPORT button on the INFO tab) sent by another user, I can't figure out where Everest can get those voltages from. Your motherboard includes an IT8702F and an LM90. None of them can report any voltage. Perhaps Everest is reporting that data based on the CPU type. Can you see those figures change over time? Which chips does Everest find on your motherboard? It is odd that it can't find the LM90. The IT8702F chip would be able to report fan speeds and to change them (if the needed circuitry is included), but that feature was not enabled by the BIOS. I can see no misdetection on SpeedFan's side. The only "failure" is on the BIOS side, if any. |

Thanks for the speedy reply! It appears as though the voltage info reported by EVEREST is static data based on the type of CPU as the readings do not change over time. You sure know your stuff! Does this mean that no voltage or fan info can be obtained by SpeedFan? Have a great day! |
