Summary	0000220: can't find "Software Controlled"
Description	In the advanced option, I can't find Software Controlled in the PWM x mode. I have these 4 options : Manual PWM Control, Thermal cruise, fan speed cruise and <reserved>. What option should I choose ? I have tried both 4.21 and 4.21 beta 6 but I can't change fan's speed on my asus P4P800-X

alfredo 2005-03-08 17:24 manager ~0000757	"Software controlled" is the same as "Manual PWM Control". You should select MANUAL PWM CONTROL, but the motherboard must have the needed circuitry. SpeedFan uses the same terms used in the datasheets for the relevant hardware.
