| Description | Windows hangs every few seconds (I guess when scanning SMBus) like it occupies 100% of cpu time, and produces distorted sound on speakers and well hangs mouse pointer. This makes Speedfan practically unusable. | ||||

Did you enable DELL SUPPORT in CONFIGURE / OPTIONS? |

Yes, it is enabled. I can control the fan speed, but Speedfan seems to hang up the OS. It was present in previous version too v4.44. Actually complete OS hangs, not just mouse and sound (logically). It seems to me it is the same problem as described here http://www.bugtrack.almico.com/view.php?id=1828 |
