Summary0001770: Nvidia 3D Vision glasses "blink" when playing
DescriptionI installed Speedfan 4.43 over 4.43beta6, and after that I noticed a very annoying issue.
Nvidia 3D Vision shutter glasses "blink" while gaming (tested on Battlefield: Bad Company 2). Blinking means that the shutter glasses go out of sync(?) for a frame every once in a while (I would guess maybe every 10 seconds or so). (This causes bright blink to the eyes, since usually 50% of the time light is blocked from each eye, but with this blink eyes get both of the frames and 100% of the light.)
When I close speedfan the issue is gone.
Clearly this has something to do with the new "full nvidia support".
Before I used speedfan 4.43 beta6(?), and I didn´t notice this issue with that version.
Steps To ReproduceStereoscopic playing with nvidia 3d vision with Battlefield: Bad Company 2 + speedfan 4.43 running in the background.

I assume that SpeedFan is accessing the ADT7473 on your video card, otherwise the reason for the glitch is not the video driver access.
Try running SpeedFan with the following command line parameter:

/NONVIDIATEMP

You should no longer see nvidia video card temperatures in SpeedFan. Is the issue gone?

When I use that parameter I can no longer see the temps for GPU, but even so the issue seems to be even more agressive. As soon as I close speedfan the blinking stops.

I installed new drivers from nvidia. Also the 3d vision driver was updated. I didn´t detect this problem anymore. So it seems that this problem is solved with new 3d vision drivers.
