Summary | 0001553: GUI has ministutter / micropause behavior on multicore systems.
Description | I've noticed across a number of dual core laptops and my own i7 quad, that the gui has micropauses at random, usually when manipulating fan speeds or changing tabs. It seems to occur regardless of affinity, and doesn't seem to be cause of micro cpu % spikes. It can also be replicated by simply dragging the gui around, it will pause every 5 seconds or so.
Steps To Reproduce | Open speedfan, Drag it around the screen
