Description | This happens with SF4.39 & 4.40 and xp. On my old win98 machine both run fine( well kinda, SF4.40 reports a 30% cpu load while zindoz is idling). On this Xp machine, SF (4.39, 4.40beta & 4.40 )can not read s.m.a.r.t. Nothing appears on the "advanced tab" if I select "HDO(160Gb)at $0 on AdvSMART". The s.m.a.r.t tab lists only a bunch of "Unknown attribute" items. SF4.38 works fine. | ||||

Well, problem not solved with 4.41b9 I have several services set to disabled, may be that's the reason SF can't read smart. Are there required services to allow SF to run smooth ? |
