Product Version | 4.38 | ||||
Summary | 0001432: System cannot find all Probes in the system
Description | I am having an issue where I am seeing different behavior across identical systems with Speedfan. I can take the RAM and had drive and put them on a different DX58SO motherboard and the system won't see the ASC7621 on some systems. I can also see speedfan report different numbers of probes depending on the RAM I have in the system. The temperature offset is not visible on all the systems. This is making it difficult to re-create identical systems. I have two sets of Crucial 1GB DDR3 ram that have the same model number. One appears to work fine and the other will crash speedfan. I also see different behavior when I use Virtium RAM. The Virtium RAM behaves the best. Still I can see different behavior between two DX58SO systems moving the RAM and Hard drive between systems.
Steps To Reproduce | Use RAM and HD in identical systems.
