| Description | Had Speedfan 4.35 installed and running, then I removed it (including giveio.sys). Now when I try to reinstall, the installer locks up at "Starting 32-bit service". Unsure why it does this. | ||||

Yes. Several times. I have to change my story as well. I was mucking around with Speedfan 4.36 Beta 15 beforehand. I don't remember the exact sequence of events, but I definitely extracted the beta exe into a temporary directory and fired it up BEFORE I started to muck around with Speedfan 4.35. |

Also, can I have a list of all the files that Speedfan installs, and where it installs them. I'd like to try and remove them in case the uninstall didn't work properly. |

As far as I know Speedfan only installs files in it's install directory. Maybe Alfredo can confirm that. |
