Summary0001199: Hard Drive Information missing
DescriptionI have three hard drives in my computer. Only one shows any information in the smart section and it isn't my primary drive.

HDO - 750.2GB - ATA ST3750640AS - This is my primary drive but nothing shows in the attributes. it does say fitness is all blue bars but no information.

I looked at you report. Your system reports your hard disk as if it was a SCSI drive. Unfortunately, the driver doesn't return interesting info.
Did you try to RUN AS ADMIN?

 I just got a new computer replacement from Dell. I have attached the Everest report on it and uploaded the image of the exotics screen. I also generated a new report from Speedfan and sent it using speedfan.

I like the new Exotics panel but wish it could be organized a bit better.

If you need more information please let me know.

In the latest beta you can rearrange the boxes as you like.

Don't ask me why, but RUN AS ADMIN is not the same as running as an administrator. Give it a try and let me know.

Did you try to RUN AS ADMIN? Is the hard disk detected as IDE now?
