| Description | I recently upgraded to 4.34 hoping it would solve a problem where after a period of of time the CPU (although not the cores) temp reading would spike up to 80c which is incorrect. Anyway 4.34 now introduces a new problem, using the settings that worked for 4.33 automatic fan control does nothgi nall fans stay at 100% I am happy to help in any way to fix this (estting new version, logs etc.) | ||||

Enter CONFIGURE and make sure that only relevant temperatures are linked to each speed. Most likely, SpeedFan 4.34 found some additional temperature. |

I have uninstalled and reinstalled then reconfigured and seems to be ok, probably as you said something got added to config on upgrade thanks for your help. I will monitor the issue with the CPU spiking and log a new issue if it still happens, I expect it might be a hardware issues that you can do nothing about (i can just use the core temps instead) but worth logging incase it helps others thanks |
