Summary0001011: System Crash (hard reboot) with Xfire
DescriptionIf Xfire is opened with speedfan running in the background system hangs (around 10 seconds) then restarts. Xfire icon appears in taskbar but programme does not fully load, then crash to reboot. :( Not sure if this is a problem with Speedfan or recent new release of Xfire (Release 1.82).
Steps To ReproduceOpen Xfire when Speedfan is already running. 100% crash on my computer. If speedfan is closed before running xfire then no problems.
Additional InformationAsus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Opteron 185
2Gb OCZ Platinum PC3200

Speedfan is currently controlling chipsetfan (on CHA_1) and CPU fan on (CPU). Speedfan is monitoring speed of Intake fan (on CHIP) cannot control speed on this connector (this is expected on this motherboard).

No other temperature monitoring software is running.

I cannot recreate this issue with the latest non-beta version (4.33), as xfire and speedfan play happily. Happy to send any information you might need and have submitted a report with the bug tracking id in the additional comments.
