Summary0001010: Strange Visual C++ Runtime errors on program startup
DescriptionFirst of all, I should mention I have MS Visual Studio 6 installed on my XP Pro machine, which causes a lot of programs to show these debugging messages. When I start up SpeedFan, I get the following message in an error popup, three times in quick succession. After I click ok on them, SpeedFan seems to work just fine, and I don't see the messages again until the next time I start SpeedFan.

----

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.

This is the first time I hear of such an error. I will try to see if I find anything that might trigger it. I have got Visual Studio 2005 on my PC and never saw it.

Hi, I am experiencing the very, exact same problem. I have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable. My motherboard is Nvdia GeForce 8200. However, I have another program as well that displays the same problem (mIRC 6.21). So, not exactly sure what causes this R6034 problem. Just thought I'd mention it as well. The product version I'm using right now for speedfan is 4.37

Searched google and found the following:

Perhaps it may give us an idea to what exactly is happening. I confess, I really don't understand much of it. Hopefully, someone can explain and give a solution to this problem :D
