Can you try using the

/NOINTELQST

command line parameter?
It would be great if you could upload DEBUG.NFO prior to pressing the OK button (if there is still any error). That way I would be able to track more precisely the moment when the error occurred.

Wow, this worked.

I've uploaded "debug_beforeOK" without the switch and "debug_NOINTEL" with the switch.

Interesting. Do you know if your motherboard supports INTEL QST? It seems it partially does, but returns 0 readings for each sensor type (hence the AV).

H57 chipset supports QST, but seems like ASUS (ASUStek) doesn't advertised it.
In the BIOS, you can only find "Q-Fan" and a setting to priorize 3rd party overclocking utilities (f.e. SetFS or IXTU) or ASUS own tools (TurboV etc.).

That's why I've created two new DEBUG files:
'debug_ASUS_OFF.nfo' => switched from ASUS tools to 3rd party
'debug_Q-FAN_OFF.nfo' => turned off Q-FAN

Both didn't solve the problem.

Antivirus (AV?) has been deactivated.
