Summary	0000726: using anything under 50% for fan speed ==> RPM reading is zero
Description	I'm able to control the fan speed of my CPU cooler (Artic Freezer Pro 7) but when I go under 50%, the RPM reading shows zero. 50% or above shows a "correct" reading.
Steps To Reproduce	Lower the fan speed below 50%.
Additional Information	Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi. A report was sent on 29/dec/2006.
