Summary0000675: S.M.A.R.T Information is not displayed
DescriptionInstall Speedfan ver 4.31 on Vista RC2 or greater (don't remember if it worked in RC1) and drive information is no longer displayed in the interface. No SMART info, no temperature info.

This worked it XP SP2.
Steps To Reproduce1. Install Speedfan ver. 4.31
2. Launch Speedfan
3. View main screen, no temp info is displayed for disks
4. View SMART info, no disks are in drop down list, nothing can be displayed

I notice that if I right-click and "Run as administrator" Speedfan runs just fine with all the SMART and temp info. Is this expected behavior? Does it really need to run with elevated privs?

running as admin doesn't help even with uac turned off

UAC must be turned off for CPU Usage and Smartdrive to work on my computer, they don't otherwise. (I run as admin by the way).
