Summary | 0000582: nforce2 bus scan takes almost a full minute - please give us a way to disable
Description | Since you added the forced nforce2 bus scan, speedfan takes almost a minute to initialize. Please give us a way to disable the nforce2 bus scan under the configuration the same way we can check ISA and SMBUS scan disable. (there is no need for nforce2 bus scan on the tforce, it produces no useable ports or data, only ghost/fake temperatures that don't exist)

I would really like a way to disable the nforce2 bus scan. |
|
Reminder sent to: alfredo, needwheels I had the same problem on an ASUS A8N-VM CSM and I solved it with "...\speedfan.exe" /NOPCISCAN |
|
On this page there is a link to the article with the list of available command line switches: http://www.almico.com/sfarticles.php You can use /NOSMBSCAN or /NOPCISCAN . |
