| Description | A temperature down arrow is good then? They always seem to be down arrows. Maybe a definition of the arrows, etc. should be added to the help. 1. The S.M.A.R.T. readout reports some things like "Start/Stop Count" that have nothing to the left but the drive reports ok. It would be nice if there was a copy to clipboard button on every screen so the data can be easily copied. Maybe the help could include definitions for all the S.M.A.R.T. categories. I'm worried the "Write Error Rate" says 100 253 0 and it does not have an ok but the drive is apparently healthy. There are other blank categories that have non-zero numbers. "Temperature" doesn't have any status beside it. :-( | ||||

Temperature down arrows mean that the temperature is lowering. The help file describes the icons next to SMART values. You can send me all relevant data using the SEND REPORT button on the INFO tab. You might want to try the latest beta online. It adds a nice new online in-depth analysis tool for hard disks. |

Hi, i looking for the feature "Copy to clipboard" to. It would be realy nice to have this one. (most wanted for S.M.A.R.T.) |

While I consider this issue basically fixed by the (IMHO) great in-depth online analysis tool, I will keep it open for the "copy to clipboard" feature request. I'm not sure about what format to use for the output. 99% I'll generate a text containing lines with fields separated by the TAB char. |
