I have got one event, open the configuration dialog, select that event, press ADD (to create a copy), select the copy, press REMOVE (to delete it). Everything seems to be working fine. Could you help me? Which is the actual issue?

Currently I have about ten events configured, but I think I first noticed this when there were less. Add a bunch of events, click OK. Reenter configuration, remove one event, the selection jumps to the top.
Under some conditions does not happen for the first remove after SpeedFan startup (unable to reproduce this latter behavior).

What would be wrong if the selection went up to the top item?

Ahem. See the subject. The selection 'hangs' at the top event, meaning you cannot select any other event, until you close the config dialog.

I read the "hangs", but I tried so many times and I was never able to reproduce it. I will look at the code to see if I can find any deadlock, which is unlikely because I read that you can still close the dialog.

With SpeedFan 4.29, the problem no longer occurs. After an event has been removed , there is no selection until another event is selected.
