0002489: unable to remove completely notification

Description

i uninstall completely from control panel or even tried ran the uninstaller on the speedfan default directory still unable to remove the notification.

furthermore, ccleaner also unable to resolve this particular issue.

i also follow the method from reddit user still can't solve it.

(0007956) khanmein (reporter) 2016-01-29 11:53	Delete Registry Entry HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications\AppDB (AppDB is a Binary Value associated with the PushNotifications key.) fixed the issue.
