Did you try to reinstall SpeedFan?
If it doesn't fix the issue, please uninstall SpeedFan, reboot the system, then reinstall SpeedFan.

I uninstalled and installed a clean version - no change. What is interesting as I press OK and run again speedfun.exe it starts normally. There is a problem as it has to start with autostart. I have UAC turned off.

 Version 4.52 beta 2 and beta 4 - is this same problem. 99% run OK . sometimes Error. Maybe problem AVAST Antivirus ? Fresh windows install.
