Summary0002319: How to refresh Temperature´s OID trough SNMP?
DescriptionHi Everyone,

I´m trying SpeedFan just to get the Core temperature through SNMP protocol.

Previously, I installed Windows SNMP service, and then NetSNMP Agent with Windows extension DLL (cause I need to retrieve some OIDs from HostResources MIB), both of them run smoothly.

Then I installed SpeedFan 4.5 and SNMP Extension Agent DLL 0.1.2, firstly on Windows XP (SP3), and then on Windows 7, in both cases they ran smoothly, but when I retrieve the temperature´s OID, I had always the same result since I started my computer.
E.g.:
C:\>snmpwalk -v1 -c public localhost .1.3.6.1.4.1.30503
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.1.1 = INTEGER: 2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.1.2 = INTEGER: 0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.1.3 = INTEGER: 0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.2.1 = INTEGER: 2500
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.2.2 = INTEGER: 2600
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.5.1 = STRING: "25.00"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.30503.1.5.2 = STRING: "26.00"

However, I can see that the temperature values are frequently updated in the SpeedFan app.

Do you know how to refresh the temperature values of these OIDs?

Thanks beforehand!
Daniel
