| Description | I used to work on Windows XP SP3 (x86) and I used speedfan 4.45 to control speed of CPU fan. When I move to Windows 8.1 x64 and downloaded version 4.49 fans are not found. I tried also 4.45 version without success. Is it possible to control fans in win 8.1? In windows XP there were detection found Intel QST 1.1 and this is probably responsible for fan control. Now I don't see this. | ||||

Hi, I think you can close this issue. I solved the problem by installing latest drivers for my motherboard. They are not distributed by manufacturer website, due to it is a discontinued product). |
