Summary | 0002207: Windows locks up when SpeedFan is started while CPU-Z is running
Description | First, I don't know if it's a bug in SpeedFan, CPU-Z, Windows, or something on my computer. Today, I installed CPU-Z 1.67.1. While I had it open, I started SpeedFan. At the line 'Scanning ISA-BUS at $0290...', before 'SuperIO Chip=IT8716F', the computer just locked up. After 5 minutes, I did a hard reset. After I rebooted, I did the same process, and it locked up again. My computer is rather old. I bought it almost 6 years ago. It's a Gigabyte GA-MA69VM-S2 motherboard, with an Athlon 64 X2 4000+ and 2x1Gb DDR2 800.
