| Description | I have a Valkyrie CZ-17 which is newly bought and Speedfan instantly causes my entire computer to shut down after being started up. Upon trying multiple versions (4.38, 4.40, 4.48 and 4.49), the debug information has always stopped after reading 5 of the CPU#.MSR (I have no idea what those are). On the older speedfans, they got up to CPU#5.MSR and the newest (4.49) gets up to CPU#6.MSR. See attached file for a debug report from running the newest (4.49) version. As a note, the motherboard appears to be unique to the CZ-17 itself (or just named that way). CPU-Z reports that the mainboard model is "CZ-17", with an Ivy Bridge Rev 09 Chipset and HM77 Rev 04 Southbridge. | ||||
