Summary | 0002127: Winbond W83677HG-I: automatically doesn't control 2 fans all at once
Description | I have an Intel DH67CF micro-itx Motherboard with CPU i3-2100T I have a CPU fan with 4 wires and a front fan with 3 wires (but I tested also with 4wires). SF detects PWM 1,2 and 3 even if I have only 2 connectors for fans. PWM2 corresponds to Front fan and PWM3 to the CPU fan. At the default all 3 PWM are with SmartFanIV enabled. Any fans can't raise up rpm, even if the percentage raises up to 100%. If I set PWM1 to manual then the front fan(PWM2) reacts fine with the rpm, but CPU fan doesn't. If I set PWM2 to manual then CPU fan (PWM3) works correctly. In conclusion it's impossible to use the fans simultaneously in automatic mode. I don't know if it's related, but I got this error: "Scanning Intel SMBus at $F040... SMBus msg : SMB Error $42 : COLLISION (48)"
Steps To Reproduce | Leave all PWM to the default SmartFanIV with 2 fans connected.
