Summary | 0002119: Dell control works but misses Speed 3600.
Description | When the computer is running without SpeedFan the Fan will go to 3600 RPM. Speedfan does not allow that speed, it only allows 0, 2800, 4400. 3600 is important as it is not so noisy on higher temperatures. At one stage I also notices slighty but apparently controlled speed changes between 3200 and 3600. Maybe the Dell Fan can be controlled very granular.
Steps To Reproduce | Start System. Wait for CPU Temp to reach 51, Fan should go up to 3600 (Bios A11).
Additional Information | Interestingly, once SpeedFan was started, the 3600 speed is lost until system reboots.
