Summary | 0002056: Hangs on startup with Kingwin EZ-Dock SATA drive dock connected to USB
Description | Can't get Speedfan to load when I have a hard drive dock connected through USB. Product is Kingwin EZ-DOCK (single drive), and it's with any SATA drive connected through the dock. I know it's the dock because if I disconnect the USB cable or turn the dock off when Speedfan hangs, it starts right up. If I connect the dock when Speedfan is already running, it works fine (though SMART summary says the docked HD is 0.0GB).
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Connect Kingwin EZ-Dock to computer. 2. Put a SATA drive in the dock. 3. Turn on the dock. 4. run Speedfan. 5. Speedfan starts up partially and hangs (Win says 'not responding') halfway through.
