| Additional Information | If it is of any help, the MoBo is LV2 by Wistron. Chipset is Intel® GM 965 Express. The sensor chip is G792SFUF-GP (http://www.gmt.com.tw/product/datasheet/EDS-792.pdf). The fan seems to have 3 wires. Some more info about HW is available if needed. | ||||

Oh, it seems that this laptop has the same funny feature as some others. The fan control starts working after warmstart. It would still be useful to be able to see the revs and to be able to control it. When the fan control doesn't work all temperatures seem to get around 90-95 centigrades and after a while the laptop shuts down without any warnings or trace showing the cause. |
