I'm going to do more testing and give you more information on this problem. I had a general disk meltdown two days ago, so I haven't had time to do much work on it. Just as a temporary update, today on one restart, the sys fan speed worked, but the cpu fan speed was full throttle. Again, no icons or other indication that SF was actually running. Solution: Restart SF after bootup. Good News: It works GREAT! |

Same problem. SF starts, runs correctly, but no task manager services nor processes. There is no way to restore the program, although it is running. |

Got back to this lately and found the solution. I had "Run whether user is logged on or not" checked. I changed it to "Run only when user is logged on." Now SF starts with Win7 and there is a task bar icon as well as task manger entries. This ticket can be closed, but see note below. Note: On resuming from sleep, the task bar icon, processes, and services entry disappears, and fan speed is locked. Please see my other ticket, as this is related to it: 0001865 |
