Summary0001691: Add pop warning about Windows UAC blocking access to hard disk data
DescriptionRef: BugID 0001598

Speedfan can't access hard disk data under Windows 7 (and I assume Vista) unless either User Access Control (UAC) is disabled or the program is run with Admin privileges.

Note: It seems strange that Speedfan can access the other sensors on the system without Admin privs, but needs them for the hard disk data only?

This will not be obvious to many users who may just assume Speedfan is Faulty.

Ideally there would be a warning popup to the application when it starts, especially if no hard disks are detected (which is not a normal situation), to tell the user they need to run with Admin rights to access hard disk info under versions of Windows that implement UAC, if UAC is currently enabled.
Steps To Reproduce1) Set Windows UAC settings to anything higher than the "UAC Disabled" mode.

2) Run Speedfan!
