Summary0000160: Fan speed doesn't go down to 0%, but remains stuck at 3 or 5 %
DescriptionTake it down to 0% manually and it's OK ... until next time it remains stuck.
Additional InformationWinbound W83697HF - Fan speed: Min 0%, Max 10%, Auto - Delta value: 1.
Do not set fan to 100% on exit.
Users log in and out quite often on this family computer. Speedfan is in the XP startup folder of ALL USERS.
