Summary | 0001565: Advanced fan conrtol, to prevent twitching etc.
Description | I've been using Speedfan for a very long time now (<Asus p4pe) and the one thing I miss in fan control is the following: In configuration one should be able to set (per fan): - The "fan startup" percentage, which in most cases is a bit higher than the lowest percentage the fan is able to run at. - A "Turn off" toggle/check box, which, when set, skips the range between "minimum fan speed" percentage an goes to 0% directly. When the fan is needed again it should go to the "fan startup" percentage and then tune down to "minimum fan speed" percentage. - A "Turn off" timer value, which starts to count down on minimum speed percentage reached, before turning the fan to 0%
