Summary0000151: Constant Low Voltage/Fan Speed
DescriptionInitially I was running 4.17 fine for a while, then one day the normal speed/voltage of the video card fan become extremely low. (ie. when the default voltages should be used when speedfan isn't running, turning on computer) Setting it at 0% still turned the lights and fan off, but setting to 100% makes the LED glow slightly brighter but still doesn't provide enough voltage to turn fan. I tried 4.18 and tried playing with the fan divisor but it makes no impact.
Additional InformationThere are random occassions when speedfan nor any other fan control/monitoring software is running that the speed of fan suddenly increases back to normal speeds. This is happened twice in the past few months.

Would help if I could constantly increase voltage by small increments with no limit or high limit because the percents don't seem to be accurate.
