Summary0001503: LPC47M292 fan control (still) not possible
DescriptionThe LPC47M292 device is being discoverd but unlikely not controlable.
Since MSI stoped developing PC Alert for NFORCE2 Boards the CPU is heating up to 73 degrees and the the fan is starting to blow full speed, what causes extreme noise on MSI MEGA 180 platform and causes hardware damage within a very short lifetime. Is it possible to enable this device (LPC47M292) in SpeedFan even when it's totaly "outdated"?

SpeedFan 4.39 is being started with XP SP3 compatibility mode to have access to smart features and to be able to bind to the hw interfaces directly w/o passing Windows UAC.
Steps To Reproduceno steps needed
Additional Informationplease see ID:174 for a dump of the hw device, this issue is based on the same manufacturer and on the same chip.
