Summary | 0001434: [Option to] Cache detected hardware
Description | Hi, Fantastic program, but the one thing that bugs me is the delay on automatic startup when my Thermaltake monster is howling like Wolverine. The delay is of course due to it (Speedfan, not Wolverine) diligently detecting all my hardware. But it seems a bit silly to have to do this every time my computer boots, most likely with no hardware changes - why not have the option to cache the detected hardware config, and have a Rescan Hardware button to round the feature off? This would really be the icing on the multi-talented, temperature-sensitive cake. :) Kind regards, Jarrad Whitaker
