Summary | 0001408: Scanning of Areca RAID
Description | Is there a way to disable scanning of Areca RAID controllers? I do not need nor want SpeedFAN to report disk temperatures that are connected to Areca RAID controller. The main issue is that SpeedFAN startup takes about a minute on my computer, largely because it scans my Areca controller.

I assume you have an ARECA controller installed. The time it takes to scan it sounds unusual to me. Please, run SpeedFan, then use the SEND REPORT (INFO tab) button. Then, please, send me the DEBUG.NFO file from SpeedFan's directory. |
