Summary0001399: How to disable update message?
DescriptionI use Version 4.37 on several PCs.
At every start speedfan wants to update - but I dont want to! It works fine, so where can i disable this messages?

What messages? SpeedFan has no update facility built-in.
A screenshot would be useful.

I think it should be enough to tell once that a new version is available, not every day again.

I agree, but the problem is... that there is no such message in SpeedFan. I don't know what's causing that message to appear, but rest assured that it is not SpeedFan that displays it. It's something else.

I think you installed some kind of tool that informs you about new releases. I would really like to know the name of this tool.

 OK, maybe its Webtemp. http://www.webtemp.org/
This tool is using the data from speedfan to create statistics of the temperatures and voltages.
I will ask the programmer of webtemp.

Edit: Yes, Webtemp is checking for updates of speedfan.
