Summary | 0001308: Complete Speedfan Shutdown (all sensors/speeds/fans read 0 (zero)
Description | I think the problem is associated with NProtect GameGuard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NProtect_GameGuard) I like to play Rose Online Evolution (mmorpg) and this game used this protection against hackers and cheaters. Everytime gameguard starts up speedfan goes into this shutdown mode where virtually everything just stops working. It doesn't crash, it just triggers something to cause the program to fault and set everything to zero and non functioning. I think the only way you could reproduce this error is to install a game that uses gameguard (there are a few) and run the test for your self.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Install a gameguard protected game. 2) Run speedfan. 3) Run the game. 4) thats it.
Additional Information | I know 2 games that use gameguard, I know there are more. Flyff Rose Online Evolution
