Summary0001236: GPU Monitoring crashes when logged through remote desktop

new GPU support is welcome addition, however it has one bug. When you log into a computer through remote desktop connection and start SpeedFan, it does not detect GPU. This is normal, because video card is not available to system this way.

However, if you start SpeedFan through normal, interactive user session, and THEN log onto this session through RDC, SpeedFan gets flooded with error messages "unsuccessful write...".
Steps To Reproduce1. Log on as a user.
2. Start speed fan.
3. Connect to this session through RDP.

I see that you are experiencing this issue with an ATI video card.
The video card should not appear if you start SpeedFan while in a remote session, but it will be there if started in a normal interactive login. The video card sensor can't be dynamically added/removed. Which is your suggestion? Basically, what value would you like to see displayed for video card sensor readings?

Incorrect displayed temperature in RDP session it's not an issue. This -999C will stay after normal login and this basically cut's off FAN control and can cause overheat since FAN settings is stuck at minimal speed. Basically after each RDP session user loged in must force restart of speedfan in order to get back GPU FAN control.

This bug is still present in v4.49. Can we have in an option to increase fan speed if the temperature drops below a value as a workaround for this issue?

You should make some sensor reset/restart when invalid value detected. Restart of speedfan solves all the problems with GPU sensor, but this is wrong way.
