Summary | 0001160: Inno3D 6600GT temperatures reported but no PWN so no speed control
Description | Hi, Using GA-EP35C-DS3R I've been easily able to set up Speeds for system fans. One minor problem though is the CPU can't be set to go below 2200RPM even at 0%. That's only a little thing though, the major problem is the support for Nvidia Cards. I have a Inno3D 6600GT which is very noisy when running at full speed. SF picks up 3 different devices for it and various temps (I think two are nonfunction memory temps) correctly reporting the same GPU temp as ntune. However none of the 3 devices come up in advanced with PWN options only temp offsets. As a result it is not possible to control the fan speed using SF though both RivaTune and ntune can control it. I'd love to be able to get SF to do dynamic control though. I'm going to try a Aopen 6800 that I also have to see if that works better.
Additional Information | Just like to say this is a great product if only I could get it to work fully. Started using it a few weeks ago but had little success on various Intel boards (i865GBF,i865GLc,i925XBC) however I'll get back to trying stuff with the intel boards again and hope to contribute financially soon.
