Summary0002171: System clock slowed down on Dell E4300
DescriptionI have a Dell E4300 laptop so I turned on "Dell Support". But as long as speedfan is running, my system clock will slow down 2 minutes every hour. Once I quit Speedfan the clock becomes normal again.
