Summary0000180: Incorrect clock speed after hibernate
DescriptionIf I hibernate Windows, when CPU speed is low and then when computer starts,
then CPU is set to original high speed by BIOS, but SpeedFan still "thinks"
that speed is low and does not change it so the CPU is running on fast speed
even with low CPU utilization.
Steps To Reproduce1) Set Clock settings
2) Hibernate and restart Windows
3) Click on "Read clock" button
4) The high speed is displayed
