Hello Coool, I think I found your report and I am actively working on it. Right now I know that you have a Fintek SuperIO chip, but I still don't know its exact model number. Do you know it?

Hi Alfredo! I cound not find anything useful on motherboard. Maybe chip is hidden under heatskins. :( I will try to find out.

I looked at some pictures and I agree with you. Can you see the name of the chip using other tools similar to SpeedFan?

LM78 on ISA at $290 -5V : -6,80 min=-6,80 max=-6,80 mean=-6,80

readings. Volts to high!

SpeedFan 4.43 version reports fan speed. But still can't control fans.

SpeedFan 4.44 beta 2 version reports fan speed. But still can't control fans.

Did you enter CONFIGURE / ADVANCED and set PWM MODE to MANUAL SET PWM?

I already send you report from 4.44 beta 2. As I mentioned when I set to Manual PWM mode fans stop. Not reporting Volts readings too.

That's normal, because your SPEED % are set to 0%. Did you try to change them to 100%?

I never meant that :-)
Are you sure that fans can be controlled on your motherboard?

I can't answer that question. I don't know the controllers circuit. All works fine (hardware controlled) when I set fans at Auto PWM Mode CONFIGURE / ADVANCED. I will try to set other mode in BIOS (AUTO now).

Thank you. That's what I needed to know. I am going to check my source code now.

Can you send me a SEND REPORT straight from SpeedFan and add a reference to this issue in the notes?
It would help me.
Thank you.

The setting to use for PWM MODE is "Manual set PWM".
Did you try it?

I'm blind :D. PWM Modes what I can choose on CPUFAN1 and SYSFAN1:
* Auto set RPM
* Auto set PWM
* Manual set RPM
* <reserved> - tried and fan stop spinning

and on SYSFAN2:
* Auto set RPM
* Auto set PWM
* Manual set RPM
* Thermostat - can you comment something about this mode?!

P.S

Are you planning to add voltage reading support for Industrial type motherboards?
